I recently sold both of these paintings, thank you to the new buyers!
as you can see they have very different subject matter, and very similar colours. When I set them up to take the pic they almost looked like a diptych, as though they belonged together.
I like it when that happens....when 2 pieces of art, created at different times, with very different images can still look cohesive and look as though they belong together.
It happens quite a lot for me, I think because my love of colour runs through all of my creations, whether in paint or in glass.
It took time for all my creations to look like they have some cohesion....and I am open to it ALL changing again.
Change is Constant after all.
